A non-group with The Women's Travel Group
Sometimes we obtain specials which we like to share with you. Many women come with us for the group dynamics and group dining. But sometimes, women come for the discounted prices we offer at famous spas and fitness hotels. If you are interested in Ixtapan Spa or Canyon Ranch Health Resort, and want the special price but not the groupie business, that is fine with us.
We also offer AMA Waterways, which is valuable as we have blocks on hard to get Burma and Tulip cruises.…

Do they all use the same vocabulary?
And the same themes?
Are they all generic on-line names?
Were all the reviews flooded in on the same days?
Do you see bad grammar or poor spelling, especially if either of these is repeated in more than one review?… -

Single Supplement: 6 reasons it bothers women more than men
The most discussed issue for women travelers is still the penal single supplement. Overseas hotels charge by the room, not by the person meaning that one person in a room costs double what two persons would pay.
Why is it that men do not complain as much as we do about paying more?
1-First and foremost, we earn less!
2-Women nest more in their room, meaning the actual ambiance is more important to us.
3-We like our ‘toilette’ time, time to clean up and look fresh so the amenities talk to us.… -
Women's Jeans for Traveling: what do you think?
A number of women responded to the comment that Jeans make American women targets overseas.
Here is why I don’t wear jeans anymore on trips:
They are heavy. Switch them out of your travel wardrobe, and switch in lightweight conservative colored walking/hiking pants. These can look like street clothes if you choose the ones without leg pockets. I wear Royal Robbins, LL Bean, Columbia, but there are many. I look for those that have hidden pockets and deep ones. (Great places to tuck some money for incidentals).…
