Two of us in airline seat 6J?
I was happily seated in Business Class 6J on a Paris to New York flight. (PS it is boringly old aged but I get on the plane, as soon as the cabin is called). The purser greeted everyone cordially, offering a glass of bubbly with juice for the flying sober. A shock: another lady approached with her boarding pass showing 6J.
An official from Air France, the airline partner in Paris, boarded and asked to see my boarding pass. My iPhone had a screen shot showing 6J.…

So, What Traveling Women are Complaining?
The Women’s Travel Group read that Statistics show the surge for travel slowing. If the slow down is due to news about passenger complaints, read here?
When some of us first traveled, this is what we did. We went to the airport in a dress, heels and stockings. Even gloves and hats.
Our suitcase was heavy. It had no wheels so we carried it yard by yard from the street to the check in area. Our carry-on was a regular hand bag, not a backpack/no Longchamps bags.…

What Women Carry On Planes

The official TSA answer is yes a mirror can be carried on the plane. …

The first number is your ticket number! Your reservation is stored by the airline in two ways. The ticket number is a long list of numbers and upper case letters. It will be in smaller font and on your boarding pass and reservation.…

A Do Not Pack List
Read about Do Not Pack Items
Here are do not do packing tips from The Women’s Travel Group from a veteran traveler, not a backpacker but someone who dresses for any occasion.
Never take: A plastic water bottle, why? Buy water in any airport or supermarket and re use the bottle! Always buy water that has a sealed top; do not let the vendor unseal it. That way you know it has not been refilled.…
