How To Travel and Not be a Wreck
Rest up two weeks before your trip. Do not leave a wreck.
Pack only essentials. Leave home any item you love. Not worrying about losing or leaving possessions is a relief.
Get to the airport extra early; find a quiet seat even if not at your gate. Regroup with a book or game.
